Terms of Use

Ring My Coach provides online wellness coaching services, including one-on-one coaching sessions focused on habits, mindset, goals, and accountability.

Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a qualified healthcare professional.

When you book a session, you are reserving a specific time with your coach. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Payment is required to confirm a coaching package. Prices are listed on our website and are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

If you are unsatisfied with your first session, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a refund or a complimentary follow-up session at our discretion.

Everything you share with your coach is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information or the content of your sessions to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

All content on the Ring My Coach website — including text, images, and design — is owned by Ring My Coach and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Ring My Coach provides coaching services in good faith, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary from person to person and depend on your own effort and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ring My Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
